Liquid Cutter: Verification of Lathe Processing Accuracy

Improved surface roughness! We present the results of verifying machining accuracy using the 'Liquid Cutter'.

Our company conducted a verification of lathe machining accuracy using the "Liquid Cutter." When machining with old coolant, there were instances of snagging, and the cutting width was inconsistent, resulting in a significantly rough surface finish. However, when machining with the same coolant using the "Liquid Cutter," the snagging was reduced, the cutting width became consistent and finer, and the surface roughness improved. Additionally, when quantifying the surfaces machined with each method, it was found that when using the old coolant, the height and depth varied by a maximum of 10 to -15μm, whereas after using our product, the height and depth varied by a maximum of 4 to -4μm, demonstrating an improvement in surface roughness through numerical evidence. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Precision Verification "TPC Logging"

Free provision of precision analysis functions for trajectories and fine motions.

Precision verification... Are you not worried? "How precise is the intricate operation being achieved?" "Is the adjustment of the servo system (servo/mechanism) optimal?" "What is the actual extent of the error occurring?" How will you verify the accuracy of the composite trajectory? "For example, cutting a true circle → measuring the workpiece with a roundness gauge?" "Winding machine → measuring the actual final shape or the winding process with a high-speed camera?" In any case, it is a considerable effort. Moreover, verification cannot be done unless the conditions for cutting or winding are met. With the logging tool "TPC Logging," it's easy! Torque analysis is also available (partially specialized). It can be analyzed based on information about force, speed, and position. Please contact us for more details.
